2. Price evaluation
  • You will receive a preliminary price evaluation quickly via email.
  • Rare models may require a longer review, but we will keep you informed at every stage.

3. Offer competition
  • Once you have received the price evaluation and confirmed your intention to sell, we present your vehicle to our extensive buyer network.
  • Our partners include hundreds of car dealerships, including authorised brand dealers and specialised used-car retailers.
  • Offers are collected from our partner network, and a buyer is usually found quickly.
  • We will always inform you of the highest offer available for you to accept.

4. Contract & payment
  • If you accept the offer, the transaction moves into the formal stages.
  • We prepare an electronic purchase agreement, which you sign digitally
  • The contract is concluded with ACE Import Group, meaning we are the official buyer – ensuring a secure and transparent process.
  • After the agreement is signed, the purchase price is paid to you via bank transfer before the vehicle is collected.
  • If your vehicle is financed (hire purchase / instalment plan), we take care of paying the remaining balance directly to the finance company.

5. Vehicle collection
  • Once payment has been received and all documentation is in order, we arrange the collection of your vehicle.
  • Our logistics experts typically organise collection within approximately 7 days.
  • The vehicle can be collected from your home address or another agreed location.
  • The vehicle must be deregistered for export purposes (a requirement of the German authorities).
  • ACE Import Group takes care of the transport arrangements as well as all export and import formalities.
